Q. What are your hours of operation?
A. As a member you are provided with a key fob allowing you 24 hour/7 days a week access to the gym.
Q. Will somebody show me how to use the equipment?
A. Yes. All members are provided with a FREE On-Boarding Program. This includes our complimentary exercise program using the strength training circuit machines, and cardio equipment as well as any four group fitness classes of your choice.
Q. Do you provide online training?
A. Yes. We provide three "On-Demand" (Online) Programs: Personal Training, Body Weight Training, and Senior Fitness Training. For more information scroll up to the black tabs attached to the pictures.

Just recently, I was taking care of my mother, who just got out of the hospital. I was standing right next to her while she was trying to stir some soup, and she started to fall. I was able to catch her and slowly lowered her to the floor. After she rested for a minute, I was able to lift her up to standing. A year ago I would not have been able to do that by myself and for that, I thank you."
“After experiencing back pain for many years, and finding only temporary relief through chiropractic care, massage therapy and regular exercise, I decided to talk with Travis. I described the pain I was experiencing and what my goals were; mainly to relieve the lower back pain and improve my posture.
Travis taught me how to correctly perform some exercises that included stretching and strengthening my muscles, and explained how the muscles work and how and why the exercises work. I had been doing some exercises at home but poor form was actually making the low back pain worse. After one short week of daily exercise at home, my back pain was relieved!
I wake up every morning now with no back pain. I never thought that would happen. I was sure I would have pain for the rest of my life, but I have been pain free for two months and feeling better every day.

“In the four years since my retirement, my life style has become more sedentary, and I have watched my weight, and cholesterol and triglyceride levels slowly increase. "I would like to start off by saying thank you to Travis Hyer for running a very nice and clean facility. Around September of 2020 I had an appointment with my cardiologist and he wasn’t happy with my weight and blood pressure. He recommended I lose some weight as well as get my blood pressure down so I needed to exercise and try to eat better. That is where Power Up gym and Travis comes into play. I go to the gym 4 to 5 days a week and I am there for 1 to 1 1/2 hours doing cardio and weight lifting. I have also joined one of the evening classes that Travis provides that runs one night a week for 8 weeks. This class is a great workout and has been a lot of fun.
It is now March 2021 and I just saw my cardiologist because he wanted me back within 6 months. When he came in my examination room I could tell he was very pleased with the results I had attained within that short of a time frame. I had dropped 20 pounds and my blood pressure is down to 122/84 which he was very happy about, as am I. I told him that I had taken his advise and explained what I do at the Power Up gym. He said, “Wow, great job, keep it up because it’s working and you don’t need to come back for a year.”
