This program is designed for anyone who ever wondered what it would be like to compete in Iron Man Competition. We have integrated the three elements into an hour and half workout. Participants will rotate through three separate workouts:
Triple H Pro - HIIT intervals (running)
This is an eight week program. Our first block will run from July 1 - July 22 and August 5 - 26 on Saturdays from 8:30 - 10:00 am.
